After updating PVE 8to9 I get warning message about packages configured multiple times when I run update refresh. I am running no-subscription version. I'm sure this is an easy fix but not sure how/where to remove the duplicate entry for the...

First: It's not a license but a subscription. The license is still the GNU Affero General Public License, version 3, so it's always legal to use it (or one of the other Proxmox products) without paying. A subscription is needed however to get...
Thanks for linking that article! That helps me know what is expected. But this bug is so severe! This isn't even in the event of power loss. This is data corruption for a standard healthy VM provisioning. zeroinit simply doesn't work right. It...
I did dump my own vbios and try that. I will try again on another VM build.
It does work fine on Bazzite without issue, so definitely a weird Windows driver/firmware problem.
Unfortunately, this is a known issue that we pointed out a while back :

Hi @harunk , welcome to the forum.
These are Linux kernel–level messages; they are not PBS or PVE specific. They indicate a network-layer issue in the communication path between the Debian OS and your NAS.
I would start by checking MTU, running...
Wow.
What a procedure... it worked.
So, to RECAP:
The card spawns initially in the INTERFACES file with the IP (which now shows up in the GUI as an UNKNOWN device), then it loads REENTRANTLY in the SDN file where the remaining Proxmox SDN...
Hello Everyone,
i have a PBS server (version 4.1) running as a VM in a PVE (8.4) with a synology ISCSI connected (have installed open-iscisi in PBS via debian repo) as a datastore. The issue i am facing is that, after a few minutes PVE reports...
I ran into this same issue today. This thread fixed it for me: https://forum.proxmox.com/threads/proxmox-9-1-5-breaks-lxc-mount-points.180161/
tldr: downgrade pve-container to 6.0.18
It looks like you run into the bug reported here: https://bugzilla.proxmox.com/show_bug.cgi?id=7271
Feel free to chime in there!
To temporarily downgrade pve-container you can run apt install pve-container=6.0.18
Hi!
I just updated to the latest version of Proxmox (9.1.5), and I've noticed that the LXCs with mount points (in my case, NFS from my NAS) are not starting. If I remove the mount point, it starts correctly. See attached images.
if I remove...

Thanks a lot !
This downgrade made my day !
I restored my lxc backup for nothing. I lost 3 days of activities, but not a big deal and nothing not recoverable.
Hello,
First off, I apologize - I hope I'm not necro-ing a thread from 4 months ago,
I also apologize if I missed anything while reading the discussion on this subject/bugfix...
I have follow-up questions on this issue...

Thank you for this thread — it was extremely helpful.
I ran into exactly the same issue after upgrading to Proxmox VE 9.1.5: LXC mount points (especially bind mounts on NFS shares) suddenly stopped working properly. At first I assumed something...
