That indicates that you have a network issue. Possibly firewall related. You can run the same command directly from the PVE and it will show you what the appropriate response should look like. You can also try running this command across the PVE... -

Deine Maschine hat 67GB genutzen Ram obwohl alle VMs heruntergefahren sind? Du hast irgendwo ein anderes Problem am System. Das ist nicht normal und dafür muss und wird es irgendwo eine Erklärung geben. -
Naja, die meisten Leute, welche nach S3 fragen, kommen mit Veeam Background. S3 ist nicht immer der günstigste Speicher und passt auch nicht zu jeder Anforderung. Du weißt zwar wie viel dich ein TB kostet, aber was das Backup an Wachstum hinlegt... -
Eher nicht. 100% ausgelasteter SWAP auf PVE sorgt eventuell für einen höhere RAM Nutzung, nicht für ein langsames System. Hingegen könnte ein 100% ausgelasteter RAM in der VM für eine langsame VM sorgen, weil auf SWAP ausgelagert werden muss...
