BIs there anything new on this mater, or on the roadMap ? I mean, with a dedicated corosync network and Pings in the ~0.2ms range -->0.0002sec ! There Must be a way to "declare" a node missing in action faster that 60secs ? Thanks !

MTry setting data volume size to 0, root volume size to what you want for the local storage and leave the rest default. Also see here: https://pve.proxmox.com/pve-docs/pve-admin-guide.html#advanced_lvm_options

Only 142 free so most is used, mostly as filesystem cache (and there are lots of threads on this forum about this). Is the balloon device present in the VM? See also the recent Wiki about how the usage reporting works...
