VThe cause of this issue for me was memory troubles. I found ECC errors in the IPMI health log. And running memtest from Advanced Options was locking up at a certain point. I resolved the memory errors and all was good.

JFür den beschriebenen use case würde ich falls Lust auf ZFS da ist TrueNAS SCALE oder ansonsten openmediavault verwenden. UGOS und Synology traue ich nicht, deren Software scheint doch schon sehr Gebastel zu sein.
