@Lars34 But omit "munin*" packages :) . I installed them manually (because I use them). They are NOT needed in standard Proxmox. -

YHi, I usually dont do this, i will only backup all the VMs, then format the node and install latest PVE. After that import the VMs back into the PVE. This way is cleaner.

Absolutely! I had a situation today where the boot drive of a VM corrupted and I had to restore a entire VM to a different VMID to then reassign the drive. That VM has 4 drives and I had to restore over 2tb of data just for the one 64Gb boot drive.
