Hello, after restarting my Proxmox, an error message appears as shown. I am using Proxomox 8.3.3, this is the first time a problem like this has appeared, previously using version 8.1 / 8.2 safely no problem. Is there anyone who can help me?

Looks like your pve OS disk going into nirvana. Would change disk, get new pve install, try to mount old disk on new inst. and restore somethink or get all from backup anyway.

Is there anything other than I have to reinstall? This has happened twice and I have to reinstall again, maybe there is a kernel error that must be downgraded? I have not taken any action on this server. Who knows there are other alternative ways.

I don't mean reinstall on same disk and your errors before even confirm a disk error !!
Any kernel version should normally did not corrupt the initramfs, never heard of that.
Get a usb stick and do a pve inst on that and let the host run and test reboots etc to even confirm your problem is your os disk related.

Check your drive (SMART). RAM (memtest) and cables and connections (and then motherboard and then CPU). Data corruption can have many causes.

Data corruption tends to get worse over time. Downgrading is not supported and not a good idea, as you want bugs to be fixed moving forward.

Definitely do at least a 1-pass with memtest86+, if this keeps happening you might want to put proxmox on different equipment.

Also make sure everything is on UPS and your power supply is good
