Hello!
My proxmox server (in my homelab) have some problems using zram since some months.

After few days of zram use I can see some errors in syslog:
Jan 28 12:27:02 tauron kernel: [58660.132181] zram: Decompression failed! err=-22, page=1930011
Jan 28 13:01:01 tauron kernel: [60699.266868] zram: Decompression failed! err=-22, page=156206
Jan 28 14:15:01 tauron kernel: [65139.702313] zram: Decompression failed! err=-22, page=1974554
Jan 28 17:09:16 tauron kernel: [75595.084564] zram: Decompression failed! err=-22, page=404457
Jan 28 20:32:30 tauron kernel: [87788.788645] zram: Decompression failed! err=-22, page=1164464

This lead to a freeze, one day or another (I suppose depends on what is swapped out).

I've read that is should be a problem related to a range of kernel versions (I found only arm reports, while my cpu is an AMD Ryzen 5 2400G):
https://askubuntu.com/questions/1295809/zram-decompression-failed-with-new-kernels (report problem >5.4.0-48)
https://github.com/raspberrypi/linux/issues/3839 (report problem between 5.4.72 and 5.4.79)

I also had this issue a few days ago. Took down several VMs, couldn't get proxmox to reboot, then after force-rebooting one of the VMs wouldn't start and another kernel panicked on every boot. Had to ZFS rollback the whole system and all VMs.
