This is just curiosity: why was chosen to use zfs instead of btrfs.
I'm getting familiar with both and, to me, it seems they do the same things.
So I wonder what are the specif reasons you chose zfs.
Was btrfs still consider unstable at the time of choice?
Was btrfs redundancy not ready?
Other reasons...
