Hello,

I fresh installed proxmox-ve_6.0-1 with ZFS on root as a RAID1 (two SSDs). After installation, upon boot, I'm met with a "no bootable device available" message. UEFI boot is enabled in system settings. I'm running this on a Dell PowerEdge R510 with a IBM Serveraid M1015 controller that was flashed to IT passthrough mode. Perhaps the controller is the issue as I re-installed using XFS on one SSD and I have the same problem.

I thought this was better suited to be in a dedicated thread rather than leaving this question here: https://forum.proxmox.com/threads/proxmox-ve-6-0-released.56001/page-8

Does anyone have any suggestions?

hmm, as a general observation Server Hardware was not the fastest in getting stable UEFI support (I remember having quite weird problems with a DELL 530, which is quite a bit newer than the 510 :/).

That being said - after setting the Boot-mode to UEFI, take a look at the Firmware/BIOS/UEFI settings and make sure that the M1015 is available as boot-option and selected (or a disk hanging on the M1015)!

Else does your firmware for the M1015 support UEFI booting?

hope this helps!
