ZFS pool not recognised after reboot | status { DRDY ERR }

Hi guys,

This time there is an error I cannot solve myself and I must bother you asking for help.
A few ago, I setup a fresh proxmox server with 3 ZFS pool:
  • rpool for the system
  • Backup to backup my VMs and containers
  • Stor for the data (the one I'm having issues with)
Today, while I was reverting a VM back the latest snapshot, the web interface became unresponsive, so I rebooted the server, a Dell R730, using the idrac interface.
The server rebooted, but Stor was not mounted.

I checked with `zpool status` and it does not show. `zpool import` fail as here is nothing to import.
This ZFS pool is RAIDZ2, using 5 - 4TB SSDs, created from within proxmox 8.2.7

I tried rebooting the server again, and checked the logs while booting and after and it seems at least 3 disks out of 5 are having issues.
I can spot:
  • status: { DRDY ERR }
  • Medium Error [current]
  • Unrecovered error - auto reallocate failed
  • error=5 type=1
  • READ FPDMA QUEUD
The disks are lest than 5 month old.
How bad is it? Any idea on how I can recover?
