ZFS on SSDs with replication

I have a simple setup with PVE install on regular HDDs (RAID) and planing for zfs pool for a VM on ZFS. I have 2 enterprise Samsungs SSDs mixed use with 3 DWPD , 800GB per server. There is going to be only one virtual machine running on this pool about 150-200GB size.

Is the default GUI setup on PVE 6.2 suficient ? It has the ashift of 12 and the drives have sector size of 512e (4K) . Is there anything else I should consider to prevent excessive ware out assuming I will be using it with PVE replication ?

Modern SSDs do wear-leveling by themselves. Best activate trim/discard on the VM config to release unused blocks and run a periodic fstrim inside the VM.

Other then @Alwin already write ...
If your VM is linux/unix you can also use atime option in /etc/fstab. And you can setup in sysctl to have a minimum swappines.
