XenConvert workflow for proxmox?

Dear all,

I have a question regarding P2V with XenConvert... What is the preferred output format for migrating physical machines to Proxmox/KVM?. Is OVF Supported?. I suppose the correct process on Proxmox would be:

- Create a new VM.
- Attach the newly created HDD.

Right?.

I haven't got a Proxmox console here right now so I cannot test it myself... just wanted to satisfy my curiosity for a just in case with a Windows 2003 server out there.

It was strange for me not to find something about XenConverter on this forum... there are some possibilities:

a) Nobody uses Xen
b) Nobody migrates from Xen
c) Xen P2V does not work well
d) Nobody likes VmWare licensing and that is the reason to find VMWare questions but no Xen

Well, I suppose it does the same work as Xen so It is ok for me... thanks a lot!!
