I imported my old backups from borgbackup, using backup-time to specify when it was taken originally. It was pretty easy, i simply mounted borg backup, and used this small script:
In PBS all backup listed based on the time what i definied in backup-time.
However, when i configured prune settings (keep 8 daily, 5 weekly, 12 monthly, 9 yearly) and i ran it, BPS keep only 8 of my backups. Like the retention was calculated based on when the backup taken, not what is the backup time.
You can see it clearly in the attached screenshot. I dont think the 3 years old backup have to keep because of the hourly rule.
