I'd upload some ISO files with WinSCP to these paths below:
`/var/lib/vz/template/iso folder`
`/mnt/myusb`

However, the Web GUI's local's Upload's ISO Image, and Create VM's CD/DVD disc image file (iso)'s ISO Image, just came up empty? Where am I suppose to put the ISO files when using WinSCP & SFTP software?

Maybe your copied file miss the ".iso" extension as the webui filtering shows only that kind of files in that path ?!

The path for the local ISO storage ist
/var/lib/vz/template/iso/
On the USB drive it could be the subfolder
template/iso/
(Face palmed) Of course, there was another obvious directory named "iso".

So, if I used an USB drive directly to the proxmox computer, do I upload the iso files into that same template/iso/ path, or will the 'Create VM' just know that the iso are in the USB drive?

I missed that too, but the "iso folder" directory just doesn't work.

A character accident could error listing, what about complete dir listing "ls -la /var/lib/vz/template/iso" ?

Need new glasses. The path on the host ist correct. The permissions should be 644. In my case, uploaded via WebUI the ownership is root:root

It depens, how the storage is added to the host. The subfolders will be created, if you upload it via WebUI.
In the config of the VM you can chose the storage

I missed that too, but the "iso folder" directory just doesn't work.

Don't have experiance with USB storage, but it should be the same as on a NFS share
