WINSCP ERROR

I tell you, I want to access my backups and download them since it was damaged on another server and I wanted to do it through winscp but it does not allow me access and I don't know what is happening because in the server console I do get port 22 enabled, which is normally enabled. use for that so I wanted to know a way to solve the error although I don't know exactly what the error I have would be because it is enabled and when I connect with winscp or any other it doesn't connect at all
