Windows VM low performance on sfp+

Hello,
can anybody explain me (or help to fix) low performance on Windows VMs using sfp+ connection? Linux VMs have about 6Gbps/sec with iperf, but Windows VMs can get only about 2Gbps.

please tell a bit more about the setup.
SFP+ is just the connector.
What driver do you use in the Windows VM?
What version Windows are.
How are your network setting?
How do you test?

Network driver is virtio, Windows 10 & 2012R2, I've tested it with iperf (simply client-server connection).
