[SOLVED] windows vm console stuck in start boot option and can not reboot or shutdown

Hi Im stuck on this step
And I try to reboot or shutdown it always show "TASK ERROR: VM quit/powerdown failed - got timeout"
Is there any other way to reboot it ?

Finally , I use Stop to force stop vm and start it.
It work.
It seems windows auto update make vm stuck on boot.

Is there any task regarding shutdown or reboot or so for this VM still running? If yes, stop the task itself. Afterwards try to stop or reset the VM again.
This is, of course, a hard stop/reset and not graceful; but since the guest OS is stuck anyway...
