Fixed
I added a firewall rule to allow 3389 to this VM from my LAN.
I don't recall needing to do that on Proxmox when I used it a few years ago, but there's a lot of stuff I don't recall these days...

Brand new Proxmox 9.0.3 setup.
VM: Win11 25H2
CPU: x86-x64-v3 + aes
RAM: 12GB
VirtIO 60GB disk and NIC
PVE firewall is not enabled
Windows Firewall is disabled for testing
It is connected to vmbr0
It receives an IP from my router
The VM can access other devices on my LAN
RDP to a PC
map drive to NAS
watch Jellyfin
No other devices on my LAN can access the new VM.
I cannot RDP to it (this is my end goal) [RDP is enabled]
I cannot ping it from other devices
Not sure where to even look. I've never had this issue before.
