I want to know how to make a Windows server 22 template, we configure it before cloning it like username, password and ip address?

Could you create a Windows Server 22 VM, then clone it or create a template for multiple use? Or if you're looking for a more robust solution, you could use something like Windows Deployment Services (WDS). I believe WDS is being/has been deprecated, but I think is still viable. Other solutions available.

username & password will be alright hardcoded, but you probably want a DHCP served address for the IP, otherwise you are going to get conflicts.

Edit: Also check you get unique MAC address. You may be better off with VirtIO for NW adapter type.
