First of all Thank you so much Proxmox, for giving this hypervisor.

I am using Proxmox 3.4, i am running few of Windows server [2008R2/2012/Win-8] and Few Linux servers as a virtual machines and these all are running 24/7.. All Linux machines are running fine.
But Windows Machines suddenly getting hang/struck [Not reachable]... After restarting those machines,, working fine... But this hang/struck repeatedly happening with Windows machines only...

Can any body help me regarding this...

Thank you so much for advance.

I've similar experience with Windows for almost 20 years, but Proxmox VE never had something to do with it :D

Normally, this is not a Proxmox VE problem, because there are literally tens of thousands of windows machines deployed which run just fine (including my minority of windows machines - never had a problem).

So you have to look closer what exactly's going on there.
  • What storage are you using in Proxmox VE (LVM, Dir, ZFS, etc ..)?
  • What storage type are you using (IDE, SATA, SCSI, Virtio, SCSI over virtIO)?
  • Updated drivers for the storage type (e.g. what Virtio version)?
  • What about coredumps in windows?
  • Adding debugging to windows?
  • Inspecting the QEMU monitor while your VM is stuck
