we have upgrade proxmox to PVE 8.2.4 and set the VM with Qemu 9.
we are experimenting a issues with CPU usage.
Guest VM with windows (any version) become slowly and unusable, with CPU at 100%
from PVE the CPU usage of that VM is 10% ...
if i power off the VM and ON issues was fixed, windows works well, CPU usage from windows and PVE was aligned.
Also if i move the server from 1 node to other node, the server back to work normally and i see the right CPU usage on PVE.
Like the vm process freeze or start to use only 1 core not all core needed.
in this moment we have experiment this issues on VM with qemu 9 and PVE 8.2.4
on PVE 8.2.2 with qemu 8.1 not issues for the moment.
