windows has stopped this device code 43

I am trying to pass the Intel iGPU to a VM and getting error 43. IMMOU is enabled and I have verified with grep, BIOS settings are correct with VT-D enabled.

I have tried setting the VM CPU to host, disabled the display in the proxmox console, set GPU to primary but still can't get it to function.

Anything else I should check?
