I've done backup vm to the new machine and restored it.
And there are 2 problems:
1) restore ignore EFI disk location, it's pointed to the storage from original machine
2) after deleting and creating new EFI disk, I can't start vm.

Console shows such error:

How can I fix it?

Sorry, my fault, vm had efi disk but not efi bios so restore ignored and not transfered efi disk to new storage. When I saw not efi bios, I thought that it's restoring error and I've changed bios to uefi. When I've changed it back to standard bios, vm is starting up correctly. So there's no question.
