windows 2012 r2 VM ->time synchronized with hardware clock

Hi all,
I have installed Proxmox 4.4-1 on IBM x3650 m5.
On this host I have 2 VM's with MS Windows 2012 r2. Every hour the windows time is reset to GMT +0.

In Winddows events appears:
"time synchronized with hardware clock"

My host clock is set to GMT+2.
I have disabled the TimeSyncronisation Scheduler.
I have setup a ntp server
All above NO result, thr time is reseting hourly to GMT+0.

Any ideas please?
 
Hi,

Qemu only set the time on start.
So if you have time jumps in the VM then Windows do this.
