I have a Win 11 guest. It has 32 GB of RAM assigned to it (started at 16 GB, and just upped it). The Proxmox summary page will show that there is 95% of memory used. So I will try to RDP into the guest (it has a GPU pass-through, so I can't use the console), but as soon as I connect, the memory falls back down to normal usage (let's say 20-30%). I have guest agent installed and drivers. Ballooning is enabled.
Is this normal? I don't feel like it should be, but maybe it is reading something weird that I am not anticipating?
You can see I am using a lot of memory below, as soon as I RDP, it drops.

EDIT: I have task manager running in the VM so I can see what Windows thinks is going on with the memory graph over time. Waiting for RAM to rise again.
