Hey, hope you're all doing well.

I started a migration process from ESXi to Proxmox, and everything was working fine until I tried migrating a Windows 11 VM.

I can't seem to get it to work. I successfully migrated several Windows Server VMs without any issues.

To give you some context, I'm using Veeam Backup Server for the migration (I backup the VM to a repository and then restore it on the Proxmox server). Everything went smoothly with the previous VMs I migrated.

However, I haven’t been able to get the two Windows 11 VMs to boot after migration.

These VMs had encryption enabled at the VMware storage level, along with a TPM. Initially, I thought the problem was caused by the encryption, so I disabled it, performed a full backup again, and restored the VM to Proxmox — but it still won't start. It looping on the bios

I tried setting the disk to SATA and then to IDE, but no luck.

It's looping on VM startup
