Windows 10 unable to see my ethernet adapter

Hello, many frustrations with installing Win10 so far, really not a fan of how the cursor is so out of sync, but I disabled Spice and it has improved

However my next problem is I am being brought to a step of the installation where it asks me to connect to a network, and it can't see my card

What do I do here? I have adapter set to VirtIO because E1000 is crippled and limited to only 1gbps and I use 2.5gb hardware

With VirtIO you still have to load the drivers: https://pve.proxmox.com/wiki/Windows_VirtIO_Drivers
