I'm currently having issues passing through my RX570

I get a code 12 in windows and a code 207 when installing the radeon drivers.

Newest update of Windows 10, Latest AMD drivers, Latest version of Proxmox and the latest UEFI on the system board.

Other specifications are as follows:
Asrock B450m Pro 4 - All the virtualisation options I can find are enabled.
32GB ram
Ryzen 5 3600
HX1000i - So i'd assume it's not a shitty power quality issue

Here is my VM configuration:

and the errors shown

I'm not sure what I've done wrong, I've been following the guide on the wiki.

It's also refusing to push and signal to the attached display which was my original plan.
Although it did for a short period when I first created my VM

Any insights would be appreciated, Cheers.

Could be the Windows updates (again). Latest BIOS and microcode updates installed?
And the code 12, seems to suggest, that there is device conflict. See in the BIOS or in Windows if it is that and try to resolve the assignment.

Also the board doesn't support EPYC CPUs and you have a Ryzen 5 installed. Set the CPU to host (or max) if possible. Otherwise CPU features not present on the host CPU present, need to be emulated.
