Why don't I have "ISO Images"?

I have Proxmox Virtual Environment 9.0.10.
I am trying to download or upload an ISO image.

I see this on my local instalation:



But I do not see what mentioned on every tutorial:

For example: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RPkZL0oD_yg



Or here: https://blog.programster.org/proxmox-download-isos



The difference is that I don't have: VM Disks, ISO Images, Snippets.

Why is this?
What should I change?
