Which version virtio drivers for windows XP (Proxmox 4.0)

Which version virtio drivers should I use to windows XP and witch for windows 2003. I've got BSOD when I install above 0.1.100.
0.1.100 works almost ok in windows 2003 but for windows xp performance is very low...

Any best praktice ?
