Which node should the VM move to with the same HA priorities?

Hello everybody!
I have set up a HA group in which there is a server with the highest priority equal to "2" and other servers with the same "1".
Please tell me how the Proxmox cluster determines which node to move the VM, if the highest priority server in the HA group fails?
I assumed that the node with the lowest load available would be selected. But I couldn't confirm it with a test(

Hello, if the guest has to be migrated and all the remaining nodes in the group have the same priority it will be migrated to the node with the smallest number of HA resources (guests) running on it.

There is an experimental feature called Cluster Resource Scheduling which allows to take into account more factors like memory and CPU usage of the nodes. You can enable Cluster Resource Scheduling in the web UI at Datacenter->Options.

From my understanding the worst case scenario is that when selecting where to migrate a guest, the (experimental) algorithm could provide a less than ideal target to migrate to.
