where is the NTPD config?

ProxMox v1.4 with all updates.
Server -> Logs -> Syslog shows that the ntpd is synched with
120.88.47.10
120-88-47-10.infra.hnsdc.com
at bootup and the network IP set belongs to
Honesty Net Solution Pvt Ltd
Mumbai, India
snat22.hns.net.in

Where do we set the NTP server IP / FQDN ?

Oh yes, I found it in: /etc/ntp.conf
and the relevant dynamic NTP servers are dished out from:

server 0.debian.pool.ntp.org iburst dynamic
server 1.debian.pool.ntp.org iburst dynamic
server 2.debian.pool.ntp.org iburst dynamic
server 3.debian.pool.ntp.org iburst dynamic
