Hi everyone, first time proxmox installer here and I have messed things up pretty bad :( I am so lost on trying to figure out how I set my VM for storage and have no idea how to fix it. If anyone can give me help on what I did wrong here and how to fix it I would be forever grateful and will name my firstborn child after you.

Setup:
Old mac mini > Proxmox > ubuntu server > docker > portainer > plex

Storage (on proxmox)
local pve (224.55GB) this is my internal SSD
MirrorRAID (3.51TB) these are two external hard drives

On my ubuntu server, I run this command
➜ df -h
Filesystem Size Used Avail Use% Mounted on
udev 6.7G 0 6.7G 0% /dev
tmpfs 1.4G 1.4M 1.4G 1% /run
/dev/mapper/ubuntu--vg-ubuntu--lv 49G 35G 12G 76% /
tmpfs 5.9G 0 5.9G 0% /dev/shm
tmpfs 5.0M 0 5.0M 0% /run/lock
tmpfs 5.9G 0 5.9G 0% /sys/fs/cgroup

tmpfs 1.2G 0 1.2G 0% /run/user/1000

On Proxmox for my ubuntu under hardware I see this:
Hard Disk (scsi0) MirrorRaid:vm0191-disk-0,size=700G

So you got a 700GB virtual disk with 3 partitions and the 3 partitions only allocate 100GB so 600GB are unallocated.
So you need to create a 4th partition and format it or increase the size of the 3rd partition + increase the LVM size + VG size + LV size.
