What used 10G Ethernet card is recommend?

I found on Ebay some Cards who are look interesting and are cheap but when I search then online I see here everyone had problems with them.
So I thought Intel Cards are the best but it seem not?!

4x Ports are luxurious and the card is 100% passive who is a big win to since no fan will be run down.
But will the card be recognised? Thanks

Make sure the cars is compatible with all motherboards. I had the surprise with some HP 10Gbit PCIe cards that worked only with HP motherboards, it was a vendor lock in bios.
