What does this error mean? Noob here, pls be gentle :)

Hello! Noob here. First time poster....second time installer/user. First installed Proxmox VE v7.4 about a year ago on an old gaming computer as a learning tool. (see HW specs below)

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 1400 38 °C Summit Ridge 14nm Technology
RAM: 16.0GB Single-Channel DDR4 @ 1197MHz (16-16-16-39) Corsair CMK16GX4M2A2400C16 Vengeance LPX DDR4 2400 C16 2x8GB
Motherboard: ASRock AB350 Pro4 (AM4) 26 °C
Graphics: ATI AMD RADEON R9 280X 1000M Boost 3Gb D5
Storage: 1TB NVMe (where Proxmox is installed) & 8TB HDD


Worked great, no issues. Installed a number of containers/VMs to push it to its limits etc., continued chugging along. I then set it aside for a number of months as other priorities got in the way.

Decided to get back into it about 1 month ago. Saw Proxmox VE v8.2 was available and had features like SDN etc which I wanted to learn about. Installed it and all heck breaks loose. :mad: Onboard Realtek NIC, wasn't playing nice. Endless hours wasted trying to downgrade/upgrade drivers, reinstalled v7.4, nothing ... finally found some Intel NICs online, bought them, installed and seemed to work.... until this error appeared:

What is this error? What is the problem? It's been stuck like that for over several hours.... Any ideas?
