I’m looking for a better way to handle hand-over documentation for clients. When you have a complex setup with multiple bridges, VLANs, and Ceph clusters, a simple PDF with text often leads to a lot of support calls later on because the client gets lost in the GUI.
I've been testing Supademo to create interactive walkthroughs instead of static guides. It seems to catch the click-path much faster than taking manual screenshots. Has anyone integrated something similar into their workflow?
Do you guys find that clients actually follow interactive guides better?
