Hello sincityhosting! You need to provide us with more details in order to help you. Do you have this issue with the host or with VMs / containers? Is it possible to provide us with the full journal log? What hardware does the host and/or what VM configuration does the crashing machine have?

that's how it shows me every time after i do one, it looks like this and won't let me do it at all

what that means is the your proxy/data collection daemons are stuck on something.

systemctl status pveproxy, pvestatd would have the answer.
