Web UI no longer accessible after new router installed

I recently switched my whole network over to ubiquiti hardware. I have 2 servers both running proxmox, one server is for mass storage and the other is for docker containers. In my mass storage server (I haven't gotten round to the other one) I have edited /etc/network/interfaces to reflect my new network and I can now ping devices both inside and outside of my LAN. When I try to connect to the web ui from a computer on the same VLAN, I can't connect. Both servers were working fine before this.
Any help would be greatly appreciated

Have you already rebooted the server (or at least restarted the pveproxy-service) on that server to have it map to the new IP?
