Web Interface Guest CPU Usage

Im loocked cpu usage on guest system from web interface

if host cpu core = 8 then cpu usage step = 8% and view cpu usage 8, 16, 24, 32... %%
if host cpu core = 48 then cpu usage step = 48% and view cpu usage 48, 96... %%
if host cpu core = 96 then cpu usage step = ???
or if host cpu core = 192 then cpu usage step = ???
