Web GUI question

When I boot up Truenas Scale in a Proxmox VM with hardware pass through it displays the web URL X2 in the gui. See attached. Is there any significance to this? Otherwise for the moment it is working well. Thanks. Appreciate the feedback on such a trivial question. New with this software.

Your issue is probably with TrueNAS Scale & not with Proxmox.

However analyzing your image, I note the repetition (3 times in fact) of the GUI address notification. I also notice the difference in the menu options offered in the 2 occasions. This leads me to believe that in fact, what is happening is that the GUI address notification is being retriggered in the middle of the menu options being shown the first time, and after it repeats itself again it finally settles, and you get the final complete menu.

I suspect the reason for this, is that the NW is probably updating itself, & TrueNAS Scale is so setup that on a NW update/refresh it emits that GUI notification address.

Do you have some special NW adapters/settings/extra NICS associated with this VM?

Found a post with a similar issue in TruNAS Scale. I surmise my above analysis is correct.
