vzrestore but exclude a directory from the backup??

Hi All,

Is there a way to do a restore but to exclude a directory out of the backup ?
This backup has a large /var/lib/php5 due to sessions not being deleted....
It makes the host run out of inodes during the restore of the backup

Any help is greatly appreciated!
