I have a Vpn software, which provides me multi-threading vpn. It creates a process for each vpn ip and
associate each vpn ip with 127.0.0.1:900x.
Then I can use 127.0.0.1:9001, 127.0.0.1:9002 127.0.0.1:9003 and so on for my purposes.
Point is that it doesn't work on virtual machine (there is no internet connection when i use 127.0.0.1:900x as vpn ip). But on desktop it works perfect.

I have such network settings and I changed nothing besides it:
Q1cgr

The guest is windows7x64, the host is debian9x64.

Do you mean port forwarding? What you describe cannot be done with VPN, because the IP (here localhost???) is always the same.
