Proxmox is currently giving me a real hard time configuring VPN.
We have a Proxmox host in a remote location which needs to dial to our main office. Neither OpenSWAN nor vpnc are working, cancelling the connection attempt with rather obscure error messages. For testing, we also tried exactly the same connection configuration on ArchLinux and RHEL, where it worked perfectly. Is there possibly something missing in the Proxmox kernel for OpenSWAN/vpnc to work correctly?
(I'll post the specific error messages later, as I'm currently on the road)
