Hi All,

When trying to backup / migrate / move one of my VM disks, I receive the following notification:
"volume 'local:109/vm-109-disk-1.qcow2' does not exist (500)"

Here is the output of the /etc/pve/qemu-server/VMID.conf file:
ide0: local:109/vm-109-disk-1.qcow2,size=30G

The images folder (/var/lib/vz/images/109) and backup folder are also empty...

The VM is currently online and running without issues, but I'm afraid to restart or modify it.

I'm running pve-manager version 4.1-22.

Anyone has an idea what could cause this?

Appreciate your help!

Hi Wolfgang,

I unfortunately missed that post.

Tonight I have a maintenance window to restore the disk which indeed was deleted (probably same mount point for VM disks).

In the meanwhile I already copied the /proc/PID/fd/19 file to be safe.

Thanks a lot!
