VM's Not Starting After Some Tinkering.

First of all, before I forget, I read somewhere else that the error that I am having (One similar to it anyway) was resolved by reinstalling the kernel. Would that wipe my installation? Or would it just reinstall the system and leave configuration the same. Now, for my question. I was doing some tinkering, I've been trying to migrate some servers from another virtualization platform (VMWare) to proxmox. It's been terrible, I must say, and I've followed the wiki page to the letter (ran the tool to install drivers for IDE, rand the tool to consolidate all the separate files of the .vmdk to one growable file, transferred that file over to proxmox and ran quemu-img to convert it to a .qcow2, and then inserted it in place of the disk for the vm I was wanting to run it) and I think along the way with my "figuring things out" I may have messed something up. Every time that I make a new VM on this server, it makes it a little too quickly, (The VM I'm trying to make is 5TB, and I previously made a container that size and it took a long time.) and when I go to start the VM, I get this really long error and the start fails.

I'm really under the gun to make this work, and I'm really wanting proxmox to go over well with the other techs and my boss here. They are wondering whether or not we should go back to VMWare. I know this is a better solution for virtualization, but I am running into a rather unfortunately timed error here, and I am really needing it to be resolved. Please anyone help me if you can.

Alrighty, if anyone ends up seeing this, I did some more reading (after a looooooot of reading) and found that the error that I'm having has to do with not having Hardware Virtualization enabled in BIOS. Rookie mistake. Well you guys have a good day!
