VM wont boot from ISO

i have proxmox 4.1 and i could installed ubuntu no problem
when i do the same and i choose winxp.iso it wont read it so i cant install it.
i did nt have that issue with older versions

So you do not even see the boot screen of the mounted ISO or do you see that but after that see no disks etc.?

Can you also please post the VMs config?
