VM with win server 2025 showing always high load on disk?

Hi everyone,
I am fairly new to proxmox and currently working on migration from vmware to proxmox.

I do have a new server with 4x nvmes and a ZFS-Pool (ZRAID1).
My VMs running windows server 2025 show always a high load on the disk, even when the VM is doing nothing:

I did enable "SSD emulation" and "discard", qemu guest agent is installed.
Is this normal behaviour?

Solved: I did not create my hard disks on the zfs pool, instead it was running on local-lvm...
That is why everything was so slow.
