Hi
I have been using proxmox for a year and last week after a reboot I had the problem that my VMs are taking too long to start.
Is there a way to check why this is happening?
I have searched all google with no result only one old from this forum which asked if VT is enabled and suggested that this could be the issue which is not

regarding this link:
http://stackoverflow.com/questions/...s-activated-without-having-to-reboot-in-linux
kvm-ok is saying
Code:
INFO: /dev/kvm exists
KVM acceleration can be used
and rdmsr 0x3a
returns 7

Could you please tell me what I can do? because if another reboot comes along It takes hours to start all VMs and I have to start some manually because some timeout and give up

Thanks

Hi,

it could depend on so many factors... you gave no detail on your host(s?), storage, vpe versions, vm configs...
the easiest reason could be that your storage has become slower.
- if it is network base, check that
- if t is local, check its performance

also, see "man pveverf" and report here come results, will help find what's happening...
