I have followed this https://pve.proxmox.com/wiki/OVMF/UEFI_Boot_Entries but when I get to the EFI, it`s emty:

I have a created a backup of the VM added it to my Proxmox and get the same error.

Maybe the powerloss caused hard disk errors or data loss? Try attaching a live-cd (i.e. iso file of a working linux live distro) to the VM and select it in the boot order options for the VM. Then mount your existing hard drive in there and rebuild the bootloader/initramfs/partition table/whatever else got damaged (or just copy off any configuration and reinstall home assistant).

In general, this is exactly the reason for backups ;)
