Hello, new to Proxmox and have this problem!
Defined a second disk 500G for the vm 100 (ide2) (Windows 2000 Server) and it shows up as a 128G disk in the diskmanager (unformated). Using CEPH disk pool WIN-PVE.
As you can see in the config the boot disk is a 160G disk (ide1) and its fine.
attached 100.conf file.
Have a win2008 vm and it has no problems.
Baffled right now.

VM was off when I added the new disk. I was able to find driver for a W2K server sata ctrl and added disk as a sata drive and it recognized it as a 500G drive. I also created a disk in a WIN2008 vm (500G) formated as NTFS, copied it to the W2K vm and it still saw it as a 128G disk. all changes done with vm off.
